Job Responsibilities Elaborate/analyze the most varied contracts demanded by the company's areas, such as service provision contracts, commercial partnerships, purchase and sale agreements, lease, lending, confidentiality agreements, memorandum of understanding, sponsorship and/or donation contracts and other contracts in general, ensuring that they are adequate, adherent to legal standards and able to support the company's interests. Prepare/review corporate documents such as Powers of Attorney, Special Board Resolution, Articles of Association, Quota holder Resolution and Minutes of Meetings. Continuously monitor the update of the rules and laws applicable to the company's activities. Upload contracts and corporate documents to the ERP system for approval. Control the effectiveness/expiration date of the contracts and corporate documents. Responsible for organizing physical and digital files. Accompany the receipt of the final versions of the contracts reviewed by the legal department. Registration of corporate documents with the Board of Trade. Authentication and signature recognition with the Notary Office. Review and upload in the system invoices from the law firms for payment. Making a cost control report of the law firms. Preparation of internal reports. Interface with finance during the internal audit and during the collection of information for the preparation of financial statements. Monitoring judicial process. Conduct document translation. Organizing legal meetings, making the due research. Attend IBP meetings. Prepare summary of internal and external meetings. Fulfill Petrobras Compliance forms. Identify and propose improvements in internal processes, both in the Legal area and in the interrelationship with other areas. Legal research when necessary. Job Qualifications Law degree. OAB (equivalent to BAR) registration is required. Good knowledge about the routines of a corporate legal department. Previous experience in the oil and gas industry will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory. Fluent spoken and written English. Good communication.
