- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7+ years of underwriting experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in managing agency relationships for profitable business
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
- Experience in high hazard product liability underwriting
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor less experienced colleagues
- Familiarity with advanced underwriting concepts and pricing methodologies
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and advocate for new ideas
- Proven track record of driving agency growth and enhancing business relationships
