Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Position We are seeking an experienced cloud infrastructure specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain operational coverage of services and functions through cloud compute and storage environments. Work with managed service providers and vendors to deliver continuous service improvement. Support application environments and research infrastructure, responding to users' needs. Reduce cloud sprawl by adopting cloud native automation. Support analysis of metric-based monthly reports on capacity, cost, and performance. Establish a new incident management framework. Ensure production release process meets definition of done. Contribute to system architecture sessions for SRE best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure, New Relic, Graylog, Nagios, IAC, Docker, Kubernetes, Powershell, 24/7 monitoring, Windows or Linux OS, cloud storage, cloud networking, communication skills, and CI/CD deployment strategies.
