
Marketing Manager, Latam

- What you will do in this role?*
- Own and execute all local marketing activities from social media, paid media, website, events, webinars, and more
- Partner with the LATAM sales team to identify gaps/opportunities and build marketing plans to drive pipeline
- Conceive, plan, and execute educational and memorable events (trade shows, conferences, dinners, mixers, etc.) that showcase Liftoff's capabilities to prospects, customers, and partners
- As needed, represent Liftoff at marketing events including managing booths, hosting dinners, and speaking at conferences
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure they are excited/prepared for events and complete accurate post-event reporting
- Maintain an analytical and data-first approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed company goals
- Gather feedback, measure, and report the impact of marketing activities against target KPIs and revenue
- Support the rollout of new product launches with global product marketing, research from HQ, and the Mobile Heroes Program in LATAM.
- Work with external vendors to manage PR, and the production of exhibits, swag, and collateral
- Localize a wide range of English marketing materials relevant to the LATAM audience, as well as original copywriting in Portuguese
**Our Ideal teammate**:
- 6+ years of marketing experience working in a tech company or a digital PR agency managing tech clients
- Native in Portuguese with fluency in English. Spanish language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) is a big plus
- A self-starter who can look at problems in unorthodox ways, seeing different angles to find the best solutions
- Excellent written, communication, and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience producing events, including event logistics and event communications
- Familiarity with a wide range of demand generation marketing tactics
- Demonstrated results in planning and executing a variety of marketing campaigns, including trade shows, conferences, dinners, happy hours, and co-marketing events
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Hubspot required
- Experience in startups, mobile app marketing, or ad tech is a big plus
