**Job Summary**:
This role is responsible for balancing demand and supply at a facility over an extended period of time by closely aligning with S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning). In the short term supports the creation of daily production schedules as per demand, negotiates and resolves scheduling issues, tracks inventory levels, and ensures deadlines are being met. Responsible for demand management and order scheduling, requiring high interaction with various areas within the company, including manufacturing, orders, product groups, procurement, finance, process, dealers, supply chain, and administration.
**What you will do**:
- Analyzing industry and market trends, assessing risks, and identifying opportunities using statistical data for decision-making. Using this knowledge to forecast future client demands; revising plans to optimize the scheduling process and the supply chain.
- Managing order entry for domestic and export markets, aligned with the factory's strategy and product group requirements. Ensuring alignment with manufacturing operations. Validating correct hard and soft capacities. Preparing reports and documentation related to scheduling and production, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.
- Overseeing the creation of comprehensive production schedules based on customer demands, resolving any conflicts, and ensuring that the schedules get delivered to the respective teams aiming to deliver and sustain Operational Excellence for production plan and orders scheduling.
- Collaborating with project teams to optimize product mix, introduce new products, and more.
**What You Have - Skills**:
- **Data Gathering & Analysis**: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- **Demand Management & Forecasting**:Knowledge of processes and methods of Demand Management; ability to effectively sense, predict, plan for and manage the demand for products and services. Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements and loads.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Pre-Advanced English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Black Belt certification.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Product Group, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Postgraduate degree or MBA.
- Big Data, Statistics or Programming proven knowledge.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
