We are looking for an Appian Developer who wants to learn and transform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in business process management.
• Knowledge of designing processes in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view.
• Knowledge of Appian Smart Services.
• Knowledge of Tempo Interface.
• Advanced/fluent English.
• Current L2 Appian certification.
• Proven track record of working closely with key business users.
• Experience in scenario-based requirements gathering.
• Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefits.
• Demonstrable experience involving design, testing, and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment.
• Experience and understanding of business process flows.
• Experience of working on Agile projects.
• Expert in analyzing and documenting business processes.
• Expert in writing business requirements.
• Expert in writing functional requirements.
• Ability to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models.
• Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders.
• Ability to translate ideas into concrete work activities.
