Remote IT Recruiter – Focus on US & Canadian Market | Long-Term OpportunityWe are a specialized recruiting agency focused on connecting top-tier IT professionals with companies across the United States and Canada. Our mission is to deliver quality-driven, structured recruitment services that meet the specific needs of our international clients.Your Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles:
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate managementCollaborate closely with clients in the US and Canada to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidatesProactively source and engage IT professionals via platforms like, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.Conduct technical screenings with candidates, leveraging your own coding knowledge to ask and understand programming-related questionsCoordinate interviews and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring processMaintain and update candidate records in our database/ATSWhat We're Looking For:
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher)Solid experience in IT recruiting, ideally in international marketsHands-on coding experience (e.G., C#, Java, Python, or similar) and the ability to understand and evaluate technical discussions with candidatesFamiliarity with tech roles, programming languages, and sourcing tools (e.G., ATS, Recruiter)A structured and independent working style, strong communication skillsExperience working remotely is a plusWhat We Offer:
