Backend Developer Position We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting backend systems, implementing features at a rapid pace, and contributing to building a world-class engineering team while maintaining high standards of code quality and innovation. Architecting backend systems using best practices is crucial for our company's success. We require a developer who can implement and iterate features strategically. This role involves working collaboratively and efficiently across functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Designing, extending, and implementing APIs is also a key responsibility. Maintaining high engineering quality standards through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics is essential. Improving engineering productivity through automation and tool development is also a must. Defining engineering processes for product launches and releases is necessary for the company's growth. Helping grow the engineering team by conducting technical interviews is also a part of this role. The successful candidate will possess: At least 5 years of experience in Node.js development. Strong database skills with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of microservices and cloud platforms architecture. Advanced algorithm knowledge. Understanding of IT infrastructure. Intermediate agile methodologies management. A strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean code, and scalable solutions. Knowledge of software design patterns. Experience developing entire applications from scratch. Experience in automated tests and CI/CD pipelines. Strong experience with version control systems. Advanced English language skills.
