Overview
OverviewThe Associate Legal Counsel supports the legal team by assisting in contract reviews, employment law compliance, and commercial legal matters. This role works closely with HR, Sales, and Compliance teams, providing guidance on agreements, policies, and employment matters.
Responsibilities- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment and commercial agreements.
- Provide preliminary legal analysis and recommendations under the supervision of senior counsel.
- Research and analyze local labor laws and regulatory updates.
- Support internal compliance efforts, including documentation and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely legal assistance.
- 2+ years of legal experience (law firm or in-house) with a focus on employment law.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time.
- Interest in working at a fast-paced tech company.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
