Job Description As a core member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our internal training systems to provide consultants with timely access to accurate and up-to-date information. Conduct in-depth interviews with team members to extract valuable knowledge and compile clear documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Establish and maintain an organized, version-controlled process repository to ensure that internal methodologies are accurately documented and regularly updated. Oversee the lifecycle and organization of Shared Value Systems (SVS) materials, Go-to-Market assets, and Internal consulting templates. You will also be accountable for building and maintaining a centralized template library, as well as supporting logistics for training execution. Required Skills and Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in version control systems.
