Core Infrastructure Engineer We're seeking a seasoned Core Infrastructure Engineer to join our high-caliber founding team. This individual will be responsible for building and evolving our core AWS infrastructure, designing secure, scalable production-grade environments, creating CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation tooling, operating Kubernetes, Terraform, and event-driven systems, owning reliability, monitoring, incident response, and cost optimization, and helping take features from 0→1 with the engineering and product team. Key Responsibilities: Build and evolve our core AWS infrastructure Design secure, scalable production-grade environments Develop CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation tooling Operate Kubernetes, Terraform, and event-driven systems Owning reliability, monitoring, incident response, and cost optimization Requirements: Strong AWS experience (networking, security, infra) Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform CI/CD + automation (GitHub Actions or similar) Observability, logging, metrics, tracing Distributed systems / queues / streaming Benefits: Competitive compensation package Meaningful ownership in the company Modern, flexible work environment What We Offer: A challenging opportunity to build the foundation of a mission-critical healthcare AI platform.
