Ledn’s team is diverse, collaborative, and driven to create positive impact. The Opportunity You will join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full‑time Manager of IT. In this role you will support end users, manage endpoints, automate identity and access management, and administer cloud‑based IT systems and tools. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide first‑line support to employees via Slack, Jira, and other channels. Manage and troubleshoot macOS and endpoint devices using Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, Jamf Protect, and related MDM tools. Own technology onboarding for new employees and retrieval for departing employees. Automate workflows with bash, zsh, python, and open‑source tools such as Munki, SplashBuddy, and CIS Benchmark scripts. Design, implement, and manage corporate cloud‑first infrastructure and networks. Maintain and improve SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, and Netsuite. Document policies, programs, and help articles; contribute to knowledge base improvements. Respond to critical incidents, prioritize tickets, and communicate status to stakeholders. Participate in projects and sprints using Agile methods and Jira. Qualifications 7+ years in SaaS systems administration with Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, or Netsuite. Proficiency in bash, zsh, python, and automation tools. Experience integrating SSO and creating workflows in Okta. Strong command‑line skills and familiarity with APIs. Remote support experience across multiple time zones and countries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching). Security awareness, including PGP and basic troubleshooting using the OSI model. Strong organization, prioritization, and self‑management abilities. Nice to Haves Familiarity with AWS environments. Experience with GAM and other command‑line interfaces.
