Key Responsibilities Schedule and Agenda Management : Coordinate daily and weekly activities efficiently to ensure operations run smoothly and without disruptions. Technician Dispatching : Assign tasks and coordinate technicians' schedules and movements, optimizing time and resources. Administrative Support : Provide essential administrative assistance to support operational workflows. Phone Systems Management : Manage and support the client's phone systems, ensuring clear and reliable communication. Customer Support : Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone. What We're Looking For Advanced English Proficiency (C1 / C2) : Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills : Proficiency in Word and Excel for handling operational documents and reports. Technical Skills (IT & Communication Tools) : Comfort working with technology and communication systems relevant to the role. Stable Internet Connection : Reliable connectivity to perform duties without interruptions. Availability & Commitment : Ability to work the assigned schedule with flexibility to support client needs.
