Descrição da Função Buscamos um(a) Firmware & IoT Engineer para atuar na evolução do firmware do nosso dispositivo inteligente. É uma função estratégica, envolvendo: Desenvolvimento e validação de firmware embarcado. Integração entre sensores, BLE, MCU e hardware. Testes, medições e análises de consumo, performance e estabilidade. Suporte técnico nas interações com fornecedores internacionais. Trabalho próximo aos times de hardware, backend e mobile. A atuação é presencial/híbrida em Recife, com contrato (PJ) . Responsabilidades Projetar, revisar e implementar funcionalidades de firmware embarcado. Depurar, testar e otimizar software para dispositivos de baixo consumo. Integrar BLE (advertising, GATT), sensores e memória interna. Trabalhar com MCUs ARM (Nordic, ESP32 ou similares). Realizar testes físicos em protótipos e dispositivos em campo. Colaborar com equipes de hardware e software para garantir estabilidade do produto. Qualificações Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software embarcado (C/C++) . Familiaridade com arquiteturas ARM e microcontroladores para IoT. Proficiência em debugging e ferramentas de análise para sistemas embarcados. Conhecimento em BLE , sensores (IMU/accelerometer) e hardware‑software integration. Formação em Engenharia da Computação, Elétrica, Eletrônica ou área correlata. Capacidade de resolver problemas e trabalhar em equipe presencial/híbrida. Diferenciais Experiência com dispositivos IoT de consumo ou wearables. Vivência com BLE avançado (GATT custom, OTA, power optimization). Experiência colaborando com fornecedores chineses.
