HR Development Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering human resources programs, supporting leaders, and driving initiatives that enhance talent attraction, employee experience, and people development across operational and administrative teams. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to ensure consistent, high-quality selection decisions. Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Coordinate early talent programs (interns). Assist with talent mapping initiatives. Contribute to internal communication and engagement initiatives. Support programs that promote engagement and a strong workplace culture. About the Role This role plays a key part in shaping the employee experience and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist or HR partner role. They will also have proven experience managing recruitment and possess advanced English language skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
