A leading healthcare organization seeks multiple data specialists to join their growing data engineering team. The company is currently working on a project to modernize its SQL warehouses to Snowflake.
The data engineering team is responsible for designing, testing, deploying and maintaining data pipelines and establishing a strong data reporting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the build out of data marts on top of Snowflake enterprise warehouse.
- Lift and shift existing data marts, build net new data marts, and further integrations.
- Design, test, deploy and maintain data pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong scripting skills with Python.
- Well-versed with data marts.
- Strong understanding of SQL including SSIS, SSAS & SSRS.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience working within the healthcare industry, provider side highly preferred.
- Red Shift database experience.
- Tableau experience.
- Experience working in an AWS environment.
- Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
