Senior Communication Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Communication Specialist. This key position will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand strategies and developing innovative visual content that resonates with our target audience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication strategies that support corporate objectives.
  • Create high-impact marketing and sales materials, including digital content, with a focus on customer engagement and business development.
  • Craft visually appealing materials with strong design skills, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
  • Monitor communication KPIs, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements to optimize results.
  • Mentor and guide a team of UI/UX and graphic designers, providing technical expertise, constructive feedback, and creative direction to elevate overall team output.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a comparable field of study.
  • Proven experience in professional graphic design and within the corporate communication area (e.g., marketing, business development communications).
  • Proficiency in design tools and software to create compelling visual content independently (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Microsoft Suite.
  • Solid understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and marketing concepts to ensure designs are optimized for maximum impact.
  • Optional: CPUX or other design or UX related certifications.
