**The Opportunity**Ensure the successful adoption, implementation, and evolution of RHIM’s Global Projects framework across the project management community and wider organization to improve future projects planning and execution.- Process & GovernanceServe as process expert through the definition and continuous improvement of RHI Magnesita’s Global Project Management process, methodologies, cycles and tools.Develop, implement, improve and disseminate guidelines and toolkits for consistent, effective and standardized project management.Definition of KPIs and cadences for progression of project work across RHIM’s portfolio- Project Trainings & DevelopmentDrive training efforts by creating clear training programs and onboarding strategies adapted to different stakeholder groups to disseminate RHI Magnesita’s project framework and change management methodology.- Project ReviewsSupport the execution of the global projects portfolio by coordinating and conducting the peer-to-peer project cycle reviews: run the formal capture, analysis and remedial action of project-related improvement opportunities found and supporting the implementation of derived recommendations- Portfolio ManagementHelp build out and manage a real-time Portfolio Dashboard to analyze the portfolio health and make investment recommendations.Proactively monitoring and presenting the progress of RHIM’s Projects using our SAP Project Portfolio Management tool (SAP PPM)- Business PartneringConsult and coach Project Managers and Project Teams to ensure RHIM’s project guideline is lived and change management activities are integrated into their project plans.Work as sparring partner to the wider Global Project Group for the setup and delivery of projects across the organizationSupport the wider project management community in the design, preparation, and facilitation of project workshops (kick-offs, assessments, workstreams, etc.)- GeneralDevelop, support, and contribute to the long-term Projects Center of Excellence frameworkHelp to expand the culture of project managementSupport the Projects Center of Excellence to achieve its goals by maximizing any opportunities**Background**5+ years of Project Management or consulting, have already worked in large organizations and with medium/high complexity projects.Acting in strategic management projects in one or more of the following areas: strategy development, business readiness and transformation, performance improvement, optimization, market reviews and capital projects.Desirable:- PMO Experience.- Valid certifications in Project Management;- Power BI**Qualification**Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business and Engineering,or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
