As an SAP Migration Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in large-scale SAP transformation projects, leading data migration efforts and driving seamless integrations into SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead SAP data migrations from legacy systems to S/4HANA, taking ownership of the entire process.
2. Manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation across functional workflows.
3. Design and execute migration strategies in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
4. Use SAP Migration Cockpit to oversee projects from planning through to go-live.
5. Provide expert support and troubleshooting during and post-migration phases.
6. Drive leadership initiatives, managing external consultants and building internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Language Proficiency: Fluent German (min. B2) to work with DACH-based teams and clients.
2. Proven Expertise: Extensive SAP migration experience, especially in S/4HANA environments.
3. End-to-End Knowledge: Expertise in all migration phases, including cutover management.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, and LSMW.
5. Finance & Industry Insights: Strong knowledge of financial processes (e.g., OTC, SAP finance modules); telecom industry experience is a bonus.
6. Regional Experience: Deep understanding of DACH market dynamics and client needs.
