This professional will focus on cost-effectiveness, communication, operationalization, and process implementation of highly visible, sensitive, and multi-faceted projects that span across several areas of the company (with Integrations being a key part of the project pool).**We are looking for someone who will**:- ** Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives** that span multiple lines of business;- Provide **on-site leadership for different project teams** by motivating their members to meet all goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones;- Have **ownership over the full project life cycle**;- Deliver appropriate and effective **executive-level communication**, involving all appropriate stakeholders;- Participate in** establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships** to expand and mature operational capabilities for the organization;- Chair Strategic Planning team meetings;**Qualifications** What will help you thrive?**- Effective **leadership skills**;- ** Superb communication **with project team members - listening intently to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions when appropriate, and allowing for professional courtesy in conversations;- ** Working creatively and analytically **in a fast-paced environment demonstrating teamwork and innovation to solve complex strategic problems related to the Operational life cycle;- ** Ability to work in a fluid environment** and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective;- Strong **resolve **when tackling business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities;- Experience with **SQL **at several levels;- ** Advanced English **communication skills;- A **deadline and data-driven** mindset;**It'd be great if you had**- Experience with **Looker/Data Studio**.**Additional Information**Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm;- Need to work beyond your usual hours?
