**Job Title:** Senior Sales and Channel Development Manager
Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead our regional sales strategy, develop and manage local channels, and promote our products and solutions in the region.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve the sales target, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key customers.
- Channel Development: Establish and maintain effective partnerships with local distributors, resellers, and system integrators to increase market share and expand our customer base.
- Product Promotion: Design and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our products and solutions among potential customers, highlighting their unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales or related roles, preferably with a background in channel development and basic networking knowledge.
- Proven track record of success in managing and developing local channels, with a strong understanding of the local market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fluent English language proficiency, as well as proficiency in the local language.
- CCIE/CCNP/CCNA certifications are highly valued but not required.
