Facility Operations Leader We are the Americas Cluster Operations Team, a critical component of a global technology enterprise's infrastructure strategy. Our mission is to ensure the efficient, stable, and secure operation of our operational environment across the Americas. Our team comprises dedicated professionals in Facilities, IT, and Asset Management, deeply experienced in large-scale system operations. Our Core Focuses: End-to-End Reliability: From physical support to IT services, we provide comprehensive stability assurance. Project-Based & Lean Operations: We approach operational work through a project lens, continuously optimizing processes to achieve efficient resource utilization. Innovation & Talent Development: We actively integrate cutting-edge technologies and foster robust knowledge-sharing mechanisms to enhance our team's professional capabilities and innovative practices. Responsibilities: Responsible for daily operation and maintenance management of large-scale operational facilities within the responsible region. Develop and implement facility operation strategies, procedures, and emergency plans, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Manage facility operations teams, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and daily supervision. Lead capacity planning, energy efficiency management, and optimization projects, promoting sustainable operation practices and reducing costs. Manage facility-related vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance. Lead or participate in root cause analysis for facility incidents, and development of corrective actions. Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure effective support of overall business objectives.
