Compliance Officer We seek a seasoned Compliance Officer to oversee the development, maintenance, and testing of internal controls. Design, maintain, and test internal controls to ensure alignment with global standards. Oversee regulatory compliance frameworks, including policy implementation, testing, and audit readiness. Manage asset segregation in accordance with Central Bank regulations. Establish effective transfer and custody controls for assets. The ideal candidate will have: Senior-level experience in internal controls, compliance, or risk management. Familiarity with control frameworks under the Central Bank. Proven understanding of asset segregation, audit principles, and compliance testing methodologies. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or internal controls. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
