Senior Full Stack Developer

ADP is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer.

**In this role you will be working within a scrum team that runs the **Wisely card **eco-system. Wisely is **consumer facing general payroll card that offers latest innovations in the payments business like Early Wage Access (EWA), and On Demand Pay (ODP). Given the consumer facing nature of this card, future innovation will involve features to compete with neo banks and traditional credit card players.
You will bring the designs and ideas to life for new marketing and data analytics actions on the Wisely card realm.
You will start your day on a scrum call to prioritize and track work. Within the team you work on, you will choose user stories to work within a sprint cycle. You will spend most of your day developing and testing your code. Every three weeks, you will be involved in the release activities.
To thrive in this development career, you'll need to be an expert in **Java** and Springboot. You'll need to be familiar with web services, RESTful APIs, and database technologies both relational and NoSQL. For front-end development we use **ReactJS**. Like our best developers, you are an enthusiastic creator eager to learn and take on stretch assignments. You strive to learn new technologies and find ways to incorporate what you learn into building your products.
You'll have a hands-on role designing, developing, debugging, and deploying software solutions where you can leverage your expertise with code complexities. **WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
- We'll start each day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, ID any issues, and communicate coding priorities.
- Working in two-week sprints, you must keep up with timelines and good coding standards. Your primary responsibility is to deliver features on time.
- We don't code in a silo. You'll talk to everyone from the project manager to Quality Assurance and current customers to understand requirements and create a collaborative output.
- We're always learning new codes and investigating open source communities. Knowing what questions to ask is more important than knowing the right answers.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**:
- You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
- You need experience with coding, SFCM, Pendo and or Google Analiycts.
- Be able to code in Java and/or Python.
- Familiar with REST APIs.
