**Project Analyst**
**Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil**

Become a part of our international Operations team at one of our locations in Sao Paulo, Brazil. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime (40h/week) as Project Analyst
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- Input of shipment data on the Brazilian Merchant System/ CE Mercante
- Original BL collection from carriers
- Monitoring the payment of local fees and shipment release procedures with carriers
- Open File on CargoSoft as well as Organization and archive of closed files for each shipment
- Receipt and identification of couriers of couriers
- Organization of BLs and withdrawal to shippers and Monitoring of shipments in the port when necessary
- Printing of file vouchers and docs for accounting closure
**What you can contribute**:
- Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding
- Work experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Proven track record of successfully executed logistics operations, coordination and management
- Know-how in freight forwarding; experience in ocean freight, incl. break bulk, is an advantage
- Familiarization with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good organizational skills, customer-focused with attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills (cross-functional and cross-cultural)
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
