São Paulo (modelo híbrido) | Contrato PJ até jan/2026
Estamos procurando um(a) Senior Product Designer para atuar em um projeto internacional de grande visibilidade. Você será responsável por transformar necessidades de negócio e tecnologia em soluções digitais claras, funcionais e impactantes.
Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Criar e evoluir fluxos, jornadas e protótipos de alta fidelidade.
  • Utilizar Figma como principal ferramenta para design system, prototipagem e handoff para o time de desenvolvimento.
  • Colaborar com PMs, engenheiros e stakeholders internacionais para traduzir objetivos de negócio em experiências digitais consistentes.
  • Conduzir testes de usabilidade e aplicar feedbacks de forma ágil.
  • Garantir consistência visual e boas práticas de UX em múltiplas plataformas.

Requisitos:
  • Experiência comprovada como Senior Product Designer em produtos digitais complexos.
  • Domínio avançado de Figma (componentes, auto-layout, variantes, protótipos interativos).
  • Forte background em prototipagem e UI Design.
  • Experiência em design systems e colaboração com times de engenharia.
  • Inglês fluente (interações diárias com equipe e cliente internacionais).
  • Disponibilidade para reuniões no horário da manhã (fusos internacionais).

Diferenciais:
  • Experiência com projetos globais ou em consultorias digitais.
  • Familiaridade com métricas de produto (UX metrics, A/B tests).
  • Conhecimento em acessibilidade digital.

Forma de Contrato:
  • Contrato PJ até janeiro/2026.
