São Paulo (modelo híbrido) | Contrato PJ até jan/2026Estamos procurando um(a) Senior Product Designer para atuar em um projeto internacional de grande visibilidade. Você será responsável por transformar necessidades de negócio e tecnologia em soluções digitais claras, funcionais e impactantes.Principais Responsabilidades:Criar e evoluir fluxos, jornadas e protótipos de alta fidelidade. Utilizar Figma como principal ferramenta para design system, prototipagem e handoff para o time de desenvolvimento. Colaborar com PMs, engenheiros e stakeholders internacionais para traduzir objetivos de negócio em experiências digitais consistentes. Conduzir testes de usabilidade e aplicar feedbacks de forma ágil. Garantir consistência visual e boas práticas de UX em múltiplas plataformas. Requisitos:Experiência comprovada como Senior Product Designer em produtos digitais complexos. Domínio avançado de Figma (componentes, auto-layout, variantes, protótipos interativos). Forte background em prototipagem e UI Design. Experiência em design systems e colaboração com times de engenharia. Inglês fluente (interações diárias com equipe e cliente internacionais). Disponibilidade para reuniões no horário da manhã (fusos internacionais). Diferenciais:Experiência com projetos globais ou em consultorias digitais. Familiaridade com métricas de produto (UX metrics, A/B tests). Conhecimento em acessibilidade digital. Forma de Contrato:Contrato PJ até janeiro/2026.
