HR Business Partner, PXT People Experience and Technology (Human Resources) at Amazon. This role supports the PXT (People Experience and Technology) agenda in an Amazon warehouse located in Cajamar-SP. The HR generalist role blends strategic insight with hands-on PXT execution, partnering with leaders to manage employee matters, coach on performance and talent development, and shape organizational culture.
Key responsibilities- Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate leadership development programs from supervisor to managerial levels.
- Oversee labor and employee relations issues; consolidate and analyze HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, attrition, fill rates).
- Indirectly manage employee services such as shuttle transportation and food services.
- Develop continuous improvement plans for the employee experience and design and execute DEI programs.
- Spearhead the PXT agenda in the warehouse and collaborate with leaders to align practices with organizational goals.
- Work with a team of HR Assistants to create the best experience for employees.
- Lead the reporting and analysis of HR metrics and goals.
- Participate in daily operations meetings and monitor workforce planning.
- Conduct Gemba walks and monitor shop-floor processes from a labor and employee relations perspective.
- Report metrics and indicators to the Brazil PXT Operations team.
- Lead PXT and multidisciplinary projects.
- Promote an inclusive environment through programs, local initiatives, and affinity groups.
- Support onboarding, performance management, engagement processes, and benefits services; respond to employee inquiries with discretion.
- Train, develop, and support leadership decision-making; collaborate with all organizational levels.
- Influence partners to prioritize employee experience and customer obsession.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (Completed).
- 3+ years of Generalist HR experience.
- Experience supporting large operational client groups (factories, warehouses, call centers, etc.).
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced to fluent English.
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Willingness to work 100% on-site with flexible hours during peak periods (Prime Day, Black Friday).
- HR experience in factory/manufacturing, transportation, distribution, or logistics.
- Master's or post-degree.
- Data analytics and BI tools knowledge.
