Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Propulsion Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced propulsion solutions that meet the highest standards of reliability, efficiency, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of the propulsion systems. Your expertise in engineering principles, cost implications, and time management will enable you to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and deliver presentations to stakeholders. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement advanced propulsion solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and deliver presentations. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Electrical/Electronics/Automotive field. Strong understanding of engineering cost and time implications. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of engineering principles. Analytic mindset and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Agile-Scrum methodology and associated concepts.
