Job Title: Mobility Operations Manager

As a Mobility Operations Manager you will lead the development and implementation of immigration strategies that support business growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume visa and work permit applications ensuring timely processing and resolution of issues.
  • Partner with vendors and government agencies to expedite processing and mitigate risks related to overstays and document expiry.
  • Develop and implement compliance protocols to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding visa and immigration inquiries providing guidance and support throughout the relocation process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on immigration requirements and optimize processes.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in global immigration operations with a proven track record of managing complex visa and immigration processes. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources International Relations or Law along with 5+ years of experience in global immigration operations. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred as well as the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
