What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Understand, prepare, process, and analyze data for operational and decision-making purposes
  • Collaborate with functional teams to create valuable information
  • Validate and test data to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Communicate complex information clearly to influence decision-making
  • Support sales enablement activities including account creation and maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial operations or customer support
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and VLOOKUPs
  • Experience with data entry and account updates in JDEdwards and Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Skilled in handling MasterData and Valgensis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in supporting vendor credentialing processes
  • Familiarity with the creation of custom certificates of insurance
  • Ability to act as a point of contact for credentialing offices
