This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, manage data, integrate systems, and implement technical customizations.How your day-to-day work will look like:✅ Analyze and optimize business processes to align with Dynamics 365 capabilities.✅ Design and implement data management strategies including migration, cleansing, and governance.✅ Develop and maintain system integrations using APIs, middleware, and connectors.✅ Perform technical customizations using Power Platform, plugins, workflows, and custom code.✅ Lead and support project management activities including planning, execution, and delivery.✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.✅ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing problem-solving expertise.✅ Document solutions, configurations, and user guides for stakeholders and end-users.✅ Stay current with Microsoft updates, features, and best practices.This would make you the ideal candidate:✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.✨ Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional/Technical Consultant Associate.✨ Experience with Azure services and Dev Ops.✨ Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems integration.✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
