Growth Marketer – Part‑time, Global Running Company with Room to Grow into Head of Marketing Hi, my name is Lena, founder of Go Running Tours. Core responsibilities: Own and grow B2C and B2B marketing activities, driving traffic to our tours and services. Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing flows – newsletters, automated campaigns, and data‑driven optimisations. Lead digital advertising on Meta and Google, experiment with new ad platforms, and scale successful experiments across destinations. Create compelling case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to broaden our reach to new runners and companies. Research new tech, trends, and market opportunities; translate findings into actionable growth experiments. Essential qualities: Fast‑moving, structured thinker who balances analytical rigor with creative copy‑writing. Strong collaboration skills – you’ll work directly with me, I’m available via Slack and short weekly calls. Passion for execution; if we don’t execute, we can’t move the needle. Drive to grow both the business and yourself – constant learning, experimentation, and scaling. Contract details: USD 1,400 a month. 25 hours a week. Managed via Upwork. Work style: Remote; 2–3 internal meetings a week; rest of the time for deep work. We’re careful not to offer a salary that’s a luxury, because we value running, culture, and a positive company experience over money.
