About the project:

As a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst , you will master IAM solutions in complex environments and build automations, integrations, and scalable solutions for the IAM ecosystem.

What you'll contribute

• Act in the implementation and administration of Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Integrate different internal systems into the IAM solutions.
• Configure conditional access rules.
• Configure access certification flows and other access management controls.
• Support current manual IAM operations while helping design their automation journey.
• Develop Python scripts, tools, and integrations to progressively automate IAM processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, reporting, etc.).
• Collaborate with the team to evolve from manual processes into scalable and automated IAM solutions.
• Design and implement connectors and automations for hundreds of SaaS applications in addition to multi-cloud environments.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Access Management within high-security environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing user access in multi-cloud ecosystems.
• 3+ years of IAM experience in large SaaS environments with diverse integrations and connectors.
• 3+ years of Identity Management flows and processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, approval flows, RBAC, SoD).
• 3+ years of Python development (automation, scripting, APIs).
• 2+ years of experience with IAM platforms such as EntraID (Azure AD), Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or RSA.
• 2+ years of EntraID integration workflows.
• Solid understanding of IAM protocols (SAML 2.0, LDAP), connectors configuration, and reporting.
• Experience with RBAC and SoD methodologies.
• Experience in DevOps-oriented environments (Git, CI/CD, containers).
• Knowledge of secure Python coding practices, including secrets management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to guide peers.
• Proven track record of contributing to team success and mentoring others.
• Advanced English level required for collaboration with US clients.
