Asset Management Transformation Leader We are looking for an experienced professional to lead technology assessment projects within asset management entities. As part of our team, you will identify gaps, opportunities, and define transformation roadmaps. Your responsibilities will include : Leading technology assessment projects to identify areas for improvement and define strategies for transformation. Defining target architectures aligned with business goals and conducting technical evaluations to ensure alignment. Selecting, designing, and implementing core investment, portfolio management, risk, distribution, and reporting platforms. Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and interacting with stakeholders to ensure functional and technical alignment. You will be responsible for preparing functional and technical documentation and executive presentations, staying up to date with the evolving technological and regulatory landscape in the Brazilian asset management industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Brazilian asset management industry, including local regulations (CVM, ANBIMA), products, processes, and key market players. They should also have proven experience in technology assessment and system implementation projects in the investment environment, solid knowledge of core architectures, and familiarity with integration technology stacks and cloud architectures. Requirements : Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or technology transformation roles within asset managers or banks with asset management operations. Deep understanding of the Brazilian asset management industry: local regulations (CVM, ANBIMA), products, processes, and key market players. Proven experience in technology assessment and system implementation projects in the investment environment. Solid knowledge of core architectures, with experience integrating with Matera considered a plus. Familiarity with integration technology stacks and cloud architectures. Strong background in system architecture, integration models, and data modeling. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. Advanced English.
