**Responsibilities**
- Devise and implement LATAM SEO strategy;
- Identify and nurture opportunities for new SEO business across exiting clients and with prospects
- Oversee all aspects of our SEO offering, including on-site techniques, link building, blogging, content optimisation, online PR, technical SEO etc;
- Carry out SEO reviews for key clients, focusing on both on-page and off-page SEO - deliver technical documentation for on-site recommendations;
- Support overall digital strategy to work across a range of platforms;
- Work with the New Business team to devise effective SEO pitches for potential clients;
- Ensure that pre-sales and pitch materials reflect the Green Park Content (GPC) vision for SEO and quality of delivery
- Raise the profile of the agency through awards and events as a global leader in SEO strategy
- Use Google Analytics and other platforms to deliver key campaign performance reports to clients;
- Develop the GPC tool stack to support projects, and build partnerships with tools vendors
- Ad hoc related tasks.
**Employees, Resource and Talent Management**
- Line manage members of the LATAM SEO team and local freelancers where applicable, and oversee local market SEO teams;
- Conduct appraisal process and performance management for all line reports;
- Assist with resourcing by interviewing for new roles, across departments as required;
- Regular liaison with the Head of Business on working relationships between Client Services and the SEO team, with an emphasis on efficiency and smooth working practices plus any issues that arise;
- To act as a Coach to the LATAM Partnership and mentor to SEO teams, Editors and Writers

- Participation in the monthly Internal Management Meeting as required;

- Maintain awareness of your team's pressures and problems and work to resolve where possible;
**Requirements**:
- At least 7 years' experience in a senior SEO Management role for content publishing projects;
- Experience within a similar role in a digital publishing agency environment;
- A proven track record in delivering high performance SEO strategies for a range of clients;
- Strong working knowledge of the latest SEO techniques and algorithm updates;
- Ability to speak and explain technical concepts to non-technical people;
- Excellent communication, reporting and client-facing skills;
- Experience in creating effective outreach strategies with low, medium and high budgets;
- Strong knowledge of Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics and Adwords;
- Strong HTML and CSS skills;
- Excellent team management skills.
- Advanced/Fluent english
- Advanced spanish is a plus
