This is a remote position. Sales & Scheduling Coordinator – Virtual Professional (VP) Function: SalesLocation: Remote (Philippines, Latin America, or India)Rate: $5–7/hrType: Part-Time Overview We’re looking for a battle-tested professional who can streamline communication, pre-qualify leads, and manage estimate scheduling for a residential and commercial painting company. This isn’t an entry-level gig. You’ll take charge, solve problems fast, and keep things moving—without waiting for directions. You’ll help a painting business grow smarter, not harder—cutting chaos, increasing clarity, and delivering measurable outcomes. This role is structured around our Role Clarity Framework to eliminate guesswork and ensure you're set up for impact. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls Pre-qualify leads using a proven script to ensure fit Schedule and confirm estimates via Leap (CRM) and Google Calendar Track lead sources and report marketing ROI Support marketing coordination, including social media and basic ad tracking Maintain organized digital files and client documentation Systems Ownership Google Suite (Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs) Leap (CRM) CompanyCam (photo documentation) Measurable Deliverables Lead response time: ≤ 1 business day Scheduling accuracy: 99%+ Weekly lead source tracking and ROI reporting 100% of estimates confirmed and followed up Support Task Delegation Calendar and communication support for estimators CRM updates and file management Social post scheduling and marketing data tracking G.R.I.T.
