Senior Site Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee all operational activities of our team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements, manage training and performance, act as primary point of contact, and foster a positive work environment. Operational Oversight Resource Planning and Allocation Team Leadership, Motivation, and Development Conflict Resolution and Mediation Performance Management and Coaching The successful candidate will be expected to adapt to changing circumstances, demonstrate integrity and ethical leadership, and maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
