**Position Title**:Indirect Procurement Manager**Position Type**: Regular - Full-Time**Position Location**: Sao Paulo**Requisition ID**: 31599The Indirect Procurement Manager role at McCain Foods Brazik facility plays a crucial role in managing the procurement process for various indirect spend categories, including general professional services, catering, fleet management, travel & events, marketing, Information technology, facilities & utilities, etc. with a total value of approximately R$150 million. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans, conducting market research to identify qualified suppliers, managing the RFP process, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and fostering strong supplier relationships focused on performance and cost-saving opportunities. They will ensure compliance with procurement policies, collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments, and maintain accurate records for all procurement activities and reporting.Responsabilities:- Category strategy (Supplier landscape, sustainalibity, BCP, etc)- Category view (align with global Category leaders in McCain global view)- Market screening (Market sizing, alternative sourcings, top Suppliers, innovation, etc)- Sourcing strategy (Contracting model definition, pricing model, etc)- Contract management (Contract length definition, commercial & payment terms, volumes, commitments, etc)- Stakeholder management (needs, priorities, constraints, concerns, etc)- Supplier relationship management - SRM (QBRs, OTIF, Scorecard, action plans, meetings, etc.- Lead productivity projects (SCA initiatives) engaging other corelated areas like Finance, Supply and PMRequirements for the position:- Written and spoken fluency in English- Written and spoken advanced level in Spanish- Knowledge in advanced Indirect negotiation (Marketing, HR Services, IT, Travel, Fleet, Facilities, Finance and Consultancies) & Strategic sourcing methodology- Experienced in working cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Legal, PMO)- He/she has superior influencing, collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal) and is able to build strong working relationships.- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines and many competing priorities.- Competency in analyzing information, excellent attention to detail - ensuring accuracy in every step and problem solving.- Holds self and others accountable to deliver against goals, acts with ownership, listens to and responds to feedback- Works across a multitude of functions to deliver a common goal, balances own interests with others- Can tackle tough assignments independently, with optimism- Builds and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations- Can handle and easily bounce back from setbacks, stays focuses and composed in stressful situations, maintains a positive attitude during troubling circumstances- Has strong bottom line orientation, persistently delivers despite hurdles, pushes self and others to achieve results- Can build a high performing team, creates a motivating work environment, makes team members feel valued- McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
