Procuramos um(a) MLOps Engineer para gerenciar o ciclo de vida completo dos modelos de IA em um projeto de transformação digital com IA. Você será responsável por implementar pipelines de ML, automatizar deployments e garantir que os modelos funcionem de forma confiável e escalável em produção. Esta posição é ideal para profissionais que combinam expertise técnica em ML com paixão por automação e operações de software. Responsabilidades: ✔ Desenvolver e manter pipelines automatizados de treinamento e deploy de modelos; ✔ Implementar sistemas de monitoramento de performance e drift de modelos; ✔ Gerenciar infraestrutura cloud para treinamento e inferência de modelos; ✔ Implementar controle de versão para modelos, dados e código; ✔ Otimizar custos e performance de modelos em produção. Requisitos: ✔ 3-5 anos de experiência em MLOps, DevOps ou Data Engineering; ✔ Experiência com MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker ou similares; ✔ Proficiência em AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS); ✔ Experiência sólida com Docker e Kubernetes; ✔ Conhecimento em ferramentas de CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI); ✔ Experiência com ferramentas de observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch); ✔ Python avançado e conhecimento em frameworks de ML (scikit-learn, transformers). Diferenciais: ➕ Experiência com LLMOps e modelos de linguagem em produção; ➕ Certificações AWS (Machine Learning, DevOps); ➕ Conhecimento em Terraform e Ansible; ➕ Experiência com streaming de dados (Kafka, Kinesis).
