Merchant Onboarding Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Merchant Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing merchant documents and information to ensure accuracy before they go live. You will work closely with operations and product teams to support merchant onboarding and resolve related issues. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while working in a dynamic environment. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in merchant onboarding, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute to the success of the company. In this position, you will need to: Key Responsibilities Verify accuracy of merchant information and documents. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Work according to a shift schedule, including night shifts and weekends. A successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Portuguese speaker is a plus.
