Regional Engagement
As a Program Manager, Regional Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and training delivery, to drive customer engagement initiatives and ensure a positive customer experience throughout their journey. Your role will involve analyzing customer data, identifying key insights, and implementing programs to increase customer engagement and drive business growth.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Implement customer engagement strategies and programs to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer engagement initiatives with marketing, sales, and delivery teams.
- Conduct research and analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors that impact customer engagement.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of customer engagement programs and track progress.
- Develop and manage customer engagement budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on customer engagement program performance and outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and insights for program refinement.
**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Must live in the Sao Paulo area
- Proven experience in customer engagement, customer success, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and/or Spanish
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
- Previous experience in program management or leadership roles is a plus.
