What role you will play in our team Come be part of the EMIT Department of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, with more than 21 years of presence in the country and a workforce of ~ employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia. What you will do Design and enhance SAP PM/EAM systems to align with business needs and support global operations. Key Responsibilities Lead complex projects from design to delivery. Work across time zones with diverse teams. Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings. Adapt to flexible hours, including occasional late‑night calls. About you Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP PM and SAP S/4HANA EAM, including configuration, Fiori Apps, ABAP, SAP SSAM mobile app, RSH and authorization roles. Experience in an Architect role (or technical leadership equivalent experience) is required to ensure readiness for the responsibilities of this position. Experience in managing complex projects, including business requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and post go‑live support. Practical experience in plant decommissioning processes and phases. Experience in SAP PM/EAM Data Migration using LSMW and Data Migration Cockpit. Knowledge and experience in maintenance processes such as Corrective, Preventive, and Predictive maintenance. Expertise in data migration tools such as LSMW and Data Migration Cockpit.
