Overview

We are looking for an implementation specialist with good technical knowledge, preferably in the Electronic Payments industry, to oversee the implementation of electronic payments processing business activities for customers. Responsibilities include project management, customer needs assessment, system impact analysis, customer testing, advising customers\' processing support staff, ensuring implementation quality and reliability, and compliance with product rules and specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Project management of implementation activities for electronic payments processing.
  • Conduct customer needs assessment and system impact analysis.
  • Coordinate customer testing and advise customers\' processing support staff.
  • Ensure implementation quality, reliability, and compliance with product rules and specifications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; a Master\'s degree is an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management and technical implementation knowledge in the electronic payments industry (preferred but not obligatory).
  • Relevant experience in information technology system knowledge with strong understanding of network technology, applications, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of payment transaction processing and industry business principles.
  • Strong understanding of electronic payment processing systems, formats, and customer host interface testing services and principles.
  • API knowledge for Java and open languages.
  • Experience with computing network services and development systems methodologies.
  • Ability to interact well with customers, senior and executive management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to teach and convey concepts.
  • Ability to lead matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
