We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence. This role involves creating original content, managing posts, and engaging with followers to maintain a cohesive company image and achieve marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor current market trends and audience preferences to inform social media strategies.
- Develop and implement social media marketing plans, setting clear goals and objectives for post content.
- Track and analyze ROI, providing regular reports on campaign performance.
- Create eye-catching content, editing and publishing it on a regular basis to keep audiences engaged.
- Optimize content for SEO and web traffic, ensuring maximum visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and client service, to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Engage with social media followers, responding promptly to their queries and comments.
- Consider feedback from clients and followers, using it to improve future content and engagement strategies.
- Oversee the design of social media accounts, including blog layouts, timeline, and profile pictures.
- Ensure that social media handles effectively convey the company's message and values, adhering to organizational rules and objectives.
- Suggest new features and technologies to enhance brand awareness and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, technologies, and designing tools to drive innovation and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a track record of developing effective social media strategies and content.
- Strong understanding of content management systems and SEO principles.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- A keen eye for detail, with a focus on content quality and strategy.
