As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, as well as our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.). Our clients and colleagues span multiple countries. You will be part of an efficient team focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.

Responsibilities
  • Help identify and engage engineers who are willing to relocate to Sweden.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits and logistics of living and working in Sweden.
  • Build trust with candidates and guide them through relocation processes with the support of regional teams.
  • Coordinate with global and local teams to facilitate visa, permits, housing, travel, and related logistics.
  • Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Required competence
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.
  • A solid and proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, social, friendly, and highly motivated.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Professional appearance and responsiveness.
Extent & Duration
  • Start ASAP. Full time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months. Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Remote work or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
