Cost Accounting Analyst

The purpose of this position is to perform multiple financial, analytical and control tasks to support cost accounting processes in Brazil.
**What are we looking for?**:
- University Degree/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of Accounting or Financial Planning experience, preferably in a manufacturing or Logistics environment.
- Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO).
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint user. Power-BI/Alteryx is a plus.
- Fluent English.
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Responsible for the Supply Chain Finance Master Data activities (New item cost run): This includes all master data interfaces from ERP/SAP to BI system upload.
- Responsible for running tests on SAP FI/CO modules to meet business project demands.
- Responsible for the full scope of period close submission activities for Import and Export costs.
- Ensure the correct costs allocation in the Affiliates and Intraunit P&L.
- Support period close submission activities for Manufacturing Conversion Costs (MCC): Produced volume, non-quality costs and costs accruals.
- Support period close submission activities for Prime Costs: Raws, Packaging Primes non-quality costs, Intercompany costs accruals and Inventory revaluation activities. This includes all data governance and interfaces from ERP/SAP to BI system upload.
- Support period close submission activities for Logistics Conversion Costs (LCC): Import/Export accruals non-quality costs and costs accruals.
- Ensure an adequate internal control environment. Highlight deviations from the internal control framework and make recommendations to S&F management.
