BDR Outbound – teceo teceo is a unified B2B commerce platform connecting brands and retailers anytime, anywhere. About the Role You will pre‑qualify enterprise leads, personalize contact via phone, email, video call or chat, identify opportunities, and provide solutions aligned with client needs. You will also maintain activity reports, collaborate with the team, and propose new approaches to reach objectives. Responsibilities Study potential clients, market and competitors (benchmarking). Analyze positioning of indirect offers in partnership with Marketing and suggest improvements. Pre‑qualify leads through business diagnosis. Establish personalized contact with prospective enterprise clients via phone, email, video call, chat or other means. Detect opportunities and understand client needs to provide the best‑fit services/products. Create activity reports (lead volume, calls, conversion rate, etc.). Collaborate with the team and propose new ways to approach clients. Keep updated records of all activities in the CRM system. Participate in trainings and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge. We look for individuals willing to take risks, leave their comfort zone and transform the market with us. Qualifications Focus on results and targets. Excellent verbal and written communication. Certification in inside sales and inbound sales. Self‑motivation, proactivity, competitiveness. Empathy and friendliness. Proven experience in pre‑sales in the technology sector. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills; resilient to rejections. Intermediate English a plus.
