Jr Commercial Planning Analyst

**About the job**
You will join a highly motivated and supportive team, with a focus on monthly performance reviews and integrated business planning, comprising data collection from sales stakeholders, critical assessment and validation, proactive communication suggestions of measures, and overarching support of your business partners.
**Your tasks will include**:
- Detailed performance analysis of our sales profit centers
- Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, contributing to the global demand planning cycle
- Providing financial insights to key stakeholders
- Collecting, validating, and processing sales information
- Ensuring transparency on business decisions and their impact on financial results
- Actual vs FC vs Budget analysis
- Utilizing the company business intelligence (BI) tool and dashboard reports
- Analyzing the current and past trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Presenting the monthly and quarterly financial reports to various individuals, teams, and management
- Tracking price increase and margin sensitivity analysis
- Supporting the business in spot analysis
- Preparing monthly presentations for the Business Unit Director

**In addition, you have**:
- Data affinity in Excel, XLCubed, PowerBI, PowerPoint, SAP, and other analytic BI or planning tools;
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Engineering;
- Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis is required;
- Fluent in English as you will work with colleagues around the globe;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills;
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized;
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and the ability to think creatively;
