We are looking for SQL Support - 2, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
- Support operation & support L2 for breakfix and RCA, tunning, capacity & performance
- Support requests from customer for new demands like new application or features
- Support for patches & evaluate risks
- Support Service Desk & Command Center
- Prepare runbook & KB
- Prepare documentation about operation
- Support requests for correlate towers from internal/external teams for Operation
And much better if you stand out for:
- Support Tool Analyst to collect logs for infra on-premises/cloud
- Support database for cloud OCI/Azure
- Experience for Oracle v.1•
- Experience Oracle support SAP database.
- English Advanced/fluent;
Desirable Skills:
• Professionals in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems or Electronics.
• Minimum 3 years experience in support of Oracle databases, SQL Server.
• Additional knowledge of data networking, server hardware, Linux, AIX, and Windows Server 2019 or higher operating systems.
• MCSA Certification: SQL 2016 Database Administration or higher.
• OCA Oracle 12c certification.
• Oracle 12c OCP Certification.
