Murex Systems Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Murex Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of P&L concept and its components.
The role involves providing technical support to end-users, resolving daily issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to our organization. As a Murex Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and formulating overall solutions per deliverables
- Developing requirements for given streams and according with resolution needs
- Managing day-to-day assigned tasks to complete various deliverables
- Contributing to support group efforts in resolving requests or issues
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements
- Following up on new Application developments, enhancements, version upgrades, regulations, and other items
- Performing testing for assigned deliverables and participating in formal release cycles
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of P&L concept and its components
- Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally
- Strong experience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issues
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
